Imagine you are a beautiful sunflower swaying gently in the breeze in Sarah's garden, on the side of a mountain, in the South of France. The sun is pleasantly warming you. Raise your smiling face up towards the azure sky. Imagine all you can hear is the rushing of the river as it tumbles down the gorges in a liquid diamond cascade. Relax your arms and feel them lighten and float as if you too had leaves and not tension.... Breathe in slowly..... Breathe out slower still ......Repeat. Say to yourself, "I'm a sunflower..... Sunflowers don't feel stress."
